  • The hypocrisy of whining about being "gagged" and then not testifying on your own behalf!
  • @ronmcgee1868
I thought Stinky was eager to testify? Just another Stinky lie.
  • Not shocking at all. No testifying, just lots of crying to anyone who will listen.
  • @svenhaight477
If he's so innocent and there's no crime, why was he afraid to testify under oath??
  • @davebrown8260
Why swear to tell the truth in a court of law when you can swear and lie on Truth Social?
  • Defense called 2 witnesses people. The first was lame, the second was a joke.
  • @tejanoj3017
Defendant Trump doesn't have the cojones to repeat what he says outside the courtroom on the stand in court without pleading the fifth. 🍊🐔
  • @strombouts
Thank you Robert Costello for putting the final nail in Trump's coffin. 😂😂😂
  • @jerrycarter1928
After what he saw yesterday, there was no way he was going to take the stand and get ripped apart by the prosecution. Sure, he might get some of his political speech, but that would be shut down by the Judge. So, he was true to form, all mouth.
  • Considering there's several more trials to go, I will be so happy when this whole mess is finally over with. Guilty As Charged.
  • @ikantdanz
So, the defense rests following the absolute lowest moment in their case ... Epic. 🤣🤣
  • And the defense Never mentioned the $130K ever… soooo WHY was he reimbursed with extras 🤔 Why did trump sign ALL those checkksssss.🤷🏽‍♀️
  • @Kevin-hy8ok
I can’t believe the defense forgot to call their star witness - Donald J Trump! How, how is that possible after he said he wanted to testify? Now people will suggest he’s a coward, and that he was afraid he’d be caught in multiple lies. What was his defense team thinking, and how was Trump not able to overrule them? Now I have all this unpopped popcorn. I was soooo ready for the Orange Truthteller.

is trump going to pay his attorneys this time 🤔

Another agency posted the occupations of all of the jurors. I can’t imagine any of them are not intelligent enough to understand the charges.
