Tracking new tropical wave in Caribbean this week

The National Hurricane center is highlighting a tropical wave moving into the eastern Caribbean as an area to watch for tropical development this week.

As of 8 a.m. Tuesday, the NHC gives the tropical wave a 0% chance to develop in the next 2 days and a 20% chance to form in the next seven days.
