Sacramentans react to plan to fix California's budget deficit

This weekend, Gov. Newsom announced a new deal with lawmakers to balance a $46.8 billion deficit which includes over $700 million in cuts to health care worker programs and a delay to expected pay raises next month.

    More money for homelessness? That money should be going to education, roads, public transportation, small business, health care, etc. Keep education affordable. Keep public transportation affordable. Keep health care affordable if not, everyone will be homeless.
