A native American man and a boy were watching the stars. The man pointed out how the stars revolved in a circle around the north star " the star of the creator who does not move" The boy asked how the stars moved and why the north star doesn't. The man replied" You don't have to understand something to appreciate it' sometimes appreciation is a greater blessing then understanding.

Every culture is great. It is because there are so many different cultures in the world that we can have today's diverse society. It is our duty to respect each other. Thank you more for this colorful world!

This really spoke to my inner child that I've been trying to understand but it took time, trial and errors of life to get here and still continuing the journey. Life is beautiful and precious that the universe birthed from choas. 🌀
  • I love 4 sacred mountains but Abalone shell mountain is my most favorite to believe of its color and powerful spirituality that holy people dwell on this universe and Mother Earth and father sky.💖💖💖💖
  • This is wonderful. I live in South Dakota and we have the Lakota and Sioux Tribes. They probably have their own stories

  • Wonderful video! I've been wanting to find Native star knowledge and here it is. The narrator has an extraordinary voice, strong and clear. The NASA images at the end held me in awe. And, I got an education on some doings in the cosmos. Thank you! and thank you also to NoName for the story of appreciation over understanding.

In the Spring, the Star Mother revolves lower in the sky as the Ecliptic rises higher. In the Fall, the Star Father revolves higher in the sky as the Ecliptic falls lower. ✨ I wonder if there is a corresponding dance that goes with this. 🙂
