The Garden of the Gods, Colorado is one the most amazing nature parks in the world inside the boundaries of a major city (Colorado Springs). The highlight of the park are the huge red sandstone ridges floating in green vegetation, with Pikes Peak (14,115 ft/4,302 m) as a background.
