This is the Train which we used to take from Silchar to Haflong. So many Memories with this Train

North East is a second jammu & kashmir I love assam

New Haflong station was totally destroyed by natural disaster in 2022 but what a great work by Indian Railway to reconstructed this beautiful station

@HY Vlogs I just saw this in search bar. We were earlier living near Badarpur. Really you touched our childhood pulse of sweet memories of stay with this journey This line was fully metergauage from Guwahati to Silchar. Post that Broad gauge was there till Lumding and then it was meter gauge line from Lumding to Silchar.Metergauge line consisted 37 tunnels. Between Badarpur and Silchar, there was one rail-road bridge (unique) built by british. Whn train passes, bus and vehicle stops. Maintainenance issue was there then. However people help each other during journey then , a common understanding
