Welcome! These musical clips are from a large video collection that is now being converted from VHS/Beta to digital. There is some viewing quality loss from the original video source due to the age of the tapes, but the performances are preserved and still a joy to view. I'm finding many lost performances from vintage R&B, Soul, Pop, Broadway, Cabaret and other performances. This channel will be the Ed Sullivan channel for the digital generation, something for everyone to enjoy. Many of the performances will be seen for the first time since they were originally televised. I will be adding many musical performances from a variety of sources that I hope you will enjoy. Luther was extremely gifted. He is one the greatest male singers in history. And then Patti is the powerhouse she is. Phenomenal duet.

Luther's voice cuts the airwaves like he owns the space and it belongs to him and apart of him that he just slice through effortlessly and smoothly no ripples just glides like nothing I ever heard from anyone e else. Smooth, sexy but sincere. Rest in peace Luther baby.

My two favorite vocalists on one stage. I've grinned watching that until my face hurts. I can't sing. Never could. Sometimes, however, I have what I call singing dreams. In those dreams I'm on stage and I always have either Luther or Patti's voice. I love them that much.
