People mentioned gum-chewing. I don't think so. It sounds to me like the commentator is just breathing into the mike. He does that on every broadcast I've seen for KTLA 5 fire coverage.

Seems like putting those ground crews in some 4 wheel drive side by sides with CAF systems combined with some well placed back burning would be a better utilization of all those resources
