My name is Tami Cicerello with The Cicerello Team at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita. In this episode, my team and I decided to pick three hikes in the area that we had never done and check them out! Weβre going to take you along for the ride!
Mount Whitney Canyon Hike
This hike was a relatively easy walk for the most part but be aware that once you do get to the top, youβll have to do a little rock climbing if you want to reap the benefits of the beautiful waterfall at the end. The trail is 3.4 miles round trip, this includes the extra little bit past the first waterfall, keep going a little further past the first waterfalls at what feels like the end if you want to see the big waterfall, it is definitely worth it!
Pro- tip: Make sure youβve got a good pair of shoes because you will be crossing a few small rivers and your feet are bound to get wet. The best time of year for this hike is during the spring, there is no water most summers.
