A Mother who wants her baby back

My baby boy was taken from me by social services because they claim that I neglected my son while he was in the hospital how can a parent neglect a child in a hospital. I thought that the doctors and nurses are suppose to care for children in the hospital so if anyone neglected my child when he was in the hospital then CPS needs to be investigated the picu staff over at CHKD in Norfolk not me I haven't not neglected any child because if I had then how come my oldest son still lives with me
