I walked out and handed in my resignation but not until I phoned the head department and the CQC and reported all the toxicity and safeguarding issues around the residents who are vulnerable disabled people! And as a fully qualified practitioner they listened to me and will take it further. What they don't know is that I already own my home outright and have savings as well as a lot of job offers coming in.๐
