This is the all-new Kia EV6!

It’s Kia’s first purpose-built electric car, and Mat’s on hand to see if it has what it takes to go toe-to-toe with some of the class-leading German crossover EVs!

For starters, there’s no denying that the EV6 looks great. Whatever angle you look at it from the outside, the Kia has a sporty edge that helps it stand out. What’s more, when you take a step inside, it’s packed full of all-new tech, including Kia’s latest infotainment system! That’s not all though, you can even use the EV6’s vehicle-to-load feature to use the car as a portable power supply!

In terms of performance, there’s a variety of different options available, with the class leader delivering 325hp! All models come packing a 77kWh battery, and it has a claimed range of 316 miles.

So with a starting price of £41,000, is the EV6 THE must-have electric car of 2021? You’ll have to stick with Mat to find out!

So, is the EV6 the best EV in the world? LIKE if you agree, or COMMENT with what you'd choose instead!

Mat then: flexing his Burberry Mat now: flexing his Galaxy Fold
  • Fun fact: the full recline feature is called the "zero gravity" mode. What it means is that the seat reclines at a specific angle so that your weight is distributed more evenly, improving blood circulation so you're going to feel like weightless. It's a very Korean thing
  • This is the most complete car on the market. It’s a no brain decision if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Not only is it everything you need in a car, it’s also gorgeous in real life. I’m absolutely in love

Its crazy how much KIA has stepped up their game. I used to say “KIA’s are just boring cars” but now I really want one!

It’s like Kia made this car specifically for Carwow and Matt! They have probably watch all the videos over the last 2 years and thought, Matt likes this, Matt likes that, let’s build it! Not disappointed either.
  • The electric cars of the Korean car brands are really impressive. Take notes European manufacturers
  • For a few years now KIA have had one of the strongest line ups in the industry. A comprehensive range of good looking, well engineered cars still offering good value and a first class warranty. They make most of their rivals, including others which might traditionally have looked down their noses at KIA, looking very ordinary. The EV6 is a brilliant car.
  • I am old enough to remember a time when Kia was the cheaper sister brand of rather low rent Korean manufacturer Hyundai...this was the early 1990s. But move forward 5 years, and the cars were actually OK: reliable, fairly robust, quite simple and still unsophisticated on the road. Move forward another decade to the mid late 2000s, the cars were becoming very reliable and were displaying hints of innovation and style. And then it really went up a level with the Kia Stinger GT in 2017: excellent design, superb build quality...and the thing drives like an old school BMW. And now...this. You've come a long way, baby!

Really impressed with the Kia EV6. Kia have come such a long way over the last 2 decades.

I drove one of these last night and wow! I have to say, I agree with Mat on just about every point. My son (the salesman) said it actually feels better, each time you drive it. Can't wait to change my car now - EV6 here we come (when the charging network is sorted!)😁

Have to say, KIA really knows how to design cars in the mid-range section

I saw an Ioniq 5 on the road around midnight few days ago. Pretty sure it was a test vehicle. The lights looked very cool.

Love your videos man, still go the same spark to them. Quick and clear explanation of normal life stuff that many others gloss over. And the look at 8:18 is pure comedy, also the link to War Of the Worlds is just the kind of thing I might come up with. Very enjoyable review! Thanks!

Your reviews are the best on YT. You show everything, honest and funny. Keep up the good work!

Drinking game: take a shot every time Mat has shown off his Samsung z fold 2 in a video
  • @rajzkhadgi7308
Honestly Kia/ Hyundai are making some pretty good looking cars
  • @adamrozycki9822
Looks like a fabulous car. I'd like to see a review of the GT model though, in terms of performance. Like, 3.5 seconds from 0 to 100 kph? It's crazy! I wonder how it feels with its full torque right from the start.
