JESSICA Alves is back in the UK with big plans for the rest of 2022. Known for her extensive plastic surgery, the transgender woman says the procedures have helped her to become the woman she is inside and out. Whereas in the past she relied on so-called 'quick fix' surgeries to give herself the body she desires, she's discovered a new-found love for the gym and working out. Jessica says she looks and feels better than ever thanks to her new fitness regime but how will she find it when she's put through her paces with an intense bootcamp workout?

Sometimes I get the impression she transitioned so she has an excuse to undergo more surgery. Being a woman isn't expensive because your femininity isn’t defined by your painted nails, makeup, or facials; it’s just who you are.

This is body dysmorphia left untreated and let run wild. The surgeries will never stop unless Jessica seeks intensive inpatient treatment for this disorder.

Dear Jessica, being a woman goes way beyond the outer appearance! Start loving yourself now that you’ve finally found your true identity. Respect your body, it’s a sacred temple for your spirit. Stop sexualizing yourself on social media, you are more, so much more than just a body to be desired by a man. She needs to stop with the plastic surgeries now. This is overkill. I'm sure she is a friendly lady. She seems kind. But this level of surgery isn't good for anyone. She can barely breathe through that nose. It could become like Michael Jackson's. She needs to stop all surgeries.
