The “ step by step way to break your neck” Edit: omg tysm for all the likes
  • As The Blues Brothers would say, “Flip, flop and fly. I don't care if I die.”

If this were being done on the actual floor exercise (artistic gymnastics), it's called a dive roll. In Trampoline, it's called a 3/4 front to back.

I've got the perfect name for it. After giving it a lot of thought, and watching the motion she performs, I'd call it a "flip."

The ‘I would die if I ever attempted this 💀’
  • It is actualy called a 3 quarter front to back in professional gymnastics for T&T (Tumbling & Trampoline )

The beginning of Hair Dynamics as a field of Physics
  • I do that in my competitive trampoline routine!! That’s a three quarter front

It’s called a swan dive! (I’m a gymnast, so trust me on this one😉)
  • @kaylasibley6699
It’s officially called a swan dive, but as a gymnast we commonly refer to it as a suicide flip

As a kid in the '70s, our neighborhood gang used to call these a suicide flip.......my favorite as it really freaks people out when they see it. We would try to delay the flip to the point you more landed on your shoulders than on your back.

At my gym we call it: crash dive, swan dive, front 3/4, and the kids like to call it suicide flips
