Popeye is able to turn Saitama into eggs because just by punching, he can turn a giant fish into guppies, a anchor into fishhooks and a group of Native Americans into...a bunch of nickels. Yeah, it wasnt the most sensitive of times.

@19:20 - Us "old schoolers" appreciate that Saitama landed across the street, in front of Wimpy's Burgers. A long-time friend of Popeye, Wimpy (full name; J. Wellington Wimpy) became famous for his catchphrase, "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today." Can we take a moment to appreciate that their punches were so hard that they were breaching into different dimensions? Not as a strategy or tactic for the purpose of gaining some kind of advantage, but as a mere side-effect of the battle. And for another moment to commemorate how durable Bluto must be to survive decades of Popeye's spinach-fueled fists. Two words: 'Toon Force. As Roger Rabbit explained it to Detective Eddie Valiant, a 'toon can do literally anything as long as it's funny. (Who Framed Roger Rabbit movie) I don't even think Judge Doom's infamous Dip could permanently get rid of Popeye because, as we've seen in Roger's movie, a 'toon taking a Dip still has remains...A few wispy tendrils of color, even after being dissolved, float upon the surface. Popeye has come back from worse than that.

I had to look up the cartoon with the Native American's to find out what Popeye punched them into, and it was buffalo/Indian nickels. If you think that's in poor taste, at the end of the cartoon, he gets confronted by the big Native American Chief, and Popeye's punch transforms him into Mahatma Gandhi.

When they say a character went 500x's the speed of light to give the sun a black eye you know its game over..😂

Saitama is strong, but not as strong as that toon force lol. Hard to beat someone that can break the 4th wall when you're not able to do so yourself.

Idk how into OPM you guys are but the part where his strength stopped growing is confirmed to be just because he can't find anyone to push him further. If he had either emotional motivation for it or a strong enough oponent, he could just grow stronger... let's hope for the sake of the laws of physics he never finds either, let alone both at once.
