Another tip for those hot days. I fold up a small hand towel and put inside the front of my vail. To wipe the sweat off my face. Works great. wearing a head band over the eyebrows helps as well. If you are going to be inspecting several boxes in one area, take an electrical source and a fan but keep it a good distance away so the beez don’t get sucked into it. I use an air mover because it is smaller and provides a good air flow. Happy bee sleeping!!!

My dad introduced me to bees in 1976. We were bee havers not bee keepers. We ran over 200 hives. Words can't describe how much I have learned from you. Thank you for all your videos.

I am a beginner beekeeper, and I am actually waiting on my 2 Nucs to be available now anytime here in May - beginning of June. My wife & I have taken beginner beekeeping classes and also joined a local Beekeeping Assoc. here in PA. No matter what I have learned so far - it never seems like it is enough & I really appreciate the time you are taking to break it all down & demonstrate exactly how things are done!
