2 Introduction to Logical Fallacies

Logic is the science of thinking. Our purpose will be to examine some of the common fallacies or violations of logical thinking. Specifically, we will be looking at seven common logical fallacies. I point out that many fallacies exist. For our purposes, we will only examine seven major fallacies of logic. These are drawn from the story, “Love Is A Fallacy” by Max Shulman.
The Scripture teaches us to rightly divide the Word of God. This means being able to understand the fundamentals of exegesis. Understanding logic is part of exegesis. The recognition of logical fallacies will enhance your ability to share the Word to the glory of the Lord.
