The reason why this season is so great is that they had big goals, and they actually achieved them. Little Mix is one of the biggest groups in the world

gary barlow comes across as a really down to earth nice bloke .Regardless of his fame and success he is very level headed and mature, responsible and a family man. Every thing to admire there.

I freaking love Dermot!! I feel like he has to put up with so much shit and he just rolls with the punches. When someone is horrible he doesn't laugh or make them feel horrible. When they are being disrespectful he puts them in their place, and I feel like he doesn't get enough love!!
