5:57 Im sure someone explained what that block is, but I'll say it anyways. It is called the structure block. It is kinda like vanilla world edit. I use it in Bedrock a lot for copying buildings and such. I would download the building and have it as a file. For me to pull up in another structure block to paste it on. Im pretty sure there are 3 variants each doing different stuff. Im pretty sure that is what a structure block does. I hope I helped with anyone confused, and wish you all a very happy day! :) P.S The reason for you able to place blocks in the air is due to the fact that air counts as a block.
