The astonishing bravery of those who testify the reality of the situation should not be underestimated!
  • The worker in Poland really risked his life man, i hope him and his family are safe.
  • @JAK_EDITS.
What an absolutely exhaustively thorough documentary. Incredible information, utterly horrifying & fascinating all at once
  • China is North Korea’s most important trading partner, China has helped sustain Kim’s regime much more than all other countries combined because it's China’s primary interest is to prevent a regime collapse & support for North Korea ensures a buffer between China & South Korea, which has around 29,000 U.S. troops.

Wow, this is really the first time I've heard of Bureau 39. Quite eye-opening. Thank you for making these documentaries.
  • The way he reacted to the floor 39 question tells me it’s so real, he got so defensive so fast

I really respect that man that knew what could happen if N Korea finds out he talked to outside press, and still had the courage to speak about their living conditions and how people like himself are basically slave labor. This shyt is so wrong, and I prey the people in N Korea will get their freedom someday to make their own choices and live their lives and take care of their families, the way they want too.

Seen lot of videos about North Korea on the Internet but this one was something new that I learned today.
  • Before mainland China was formally opened up to doing business with the outside world, back in 1972, many products bought in the USA said, “Made in Hong Kong”. They were probably made in China. The USA is probably buying products made in North Korea, one way or another, in the same manner.
  • so sad how you can be born somewhere and end up having so little control of your life...

They way he instantly reacted at 21:50 when asked about Floor 39.

A PIECE OF ART this documentary! Well done my friends !
  • It’s a fascinating documentary. For future reference, many listen to these videos, so voiceover would be helpful versus subtitles.
  • You should be more careful in hiding the faces more strictly (27:30)because using some video editing options there faces might be exposed. It's too risky and it's the responsibility of documentary people to take utmost care of it. Loved the documentary.

This information about the museum and restaurants in Cambodia and elsewhere being operated by and for the benefit of the North Korean regime needs to be widely distributed. I feel sorry for those young women who are basically modern day slaves. In fact, it would seem that much of the population of North Korea itself is in a constant state of slavery in service of some inadequate and ridiculous despot dictator and his megalomaniac fantasies.
  • @Muertenoir
I really feel for the people of North Korea who are just trying to survive. It's heartbreaking to see that other countries exploit them for cheap labor/slavery and the money goes to the whims of the dictator.
