Ive been making similar sandwiches for years, swap the mug for a bowl 2 eggs and a bagel 😊

I like to make some medium boiled eggs and keep them in the fridge. Quick and easy to grab with your coffee on the way out the door. The egg being the perfect size for your muffin is pretty slick though.
