Five Nights At Freddy's Trailer Breakdown ( Springtrap & No Red Eyes )

Sorry guess I wasn’t clear enough in my breakdown lol Spring Bonnie: Alive William Afton wearing suit & killing Springtrap: William Afton dead haunting the suit & killing.

I'm so happy that Scott even gave a little bit of credit to the youtubers that always played all the amazing games he made.

I think William is for sure alive in the Spring Bonnie suit. It feels like something from the FNAF novel, The Silver Eyes. Where William gets in the Spring Bonnie suit to make himself one of the animatronics to make the other animatronics not see him as a person to go after. Where even though he's the killer. He's not seen as a threat. The people are. As it's said from the book. William: "When it gets dark, they'll awaken... The children's spirits will rise. They will kill you... I'll just walk out in the morning, stepping over your corpses one, by one." John: "They're the spirits of the kids you killed. Why would they kill us? It's you. They're after." William: "No, I am quite confident that I will survive. They don't remember. They've forgotten. The dead do forget. All they know is that you are here, trying to take away their happiest day. YOU are intruders. Grown Ups. None of you will survive the night..." John: "And what makes you think they won't kill you?" William: "Because I am one of them."

I feel like Springtrap in this film, would be Willam Afton pre-springlocked and is still alive inside the suit, and by the end, of the film the springlocks activate. Causing the defeat of Willam for the moment and in the second film we will have the real Springtrap with the corpse in the suit.

I can't believe it's finally happening after so long. The animatronics look so good. The Jim Henson Company does amazing work. I just know this is going to be such a great movie.

A cool detail someone on twitter pointed out is that typically, in productions with dramatic family stories, to better illustrate to the audience the roles of certain characters they'll make said characters wear similar colors, but inverted from one to the other, to show that not only are they related, but they both fundamentally oppose each other. And well, in the trailer we see Mike in a dark, bluish-gray button-up shirt with a yellow necktie, and then we see Billiam Afton in a yellow shirt with a dark, bluish-gray necktie. Knowing how Scott is with details, and how involved with production he was, I'd like to quote MatPat from a Game Theory video a few years back: "Coincidence? I think you know the answer by now!"

Can't wait to see the movie looking forward to Matthew Lillard's take on William Afton.

The shot of freddy starring down at the camera actually gave that same creepy feeling from the first game. Well done

REMEMBER, just because there is an out of shot death scene doesn't mean it cant leave room for an off screen recovery. Hank (Emily) could very well be alive and be the hero we didn't expect. Hard to believe they'd show his death in a trailer. The walking dead TV Series is guilty of this maneuver towards fans. IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW

I'm so happy that the film seems to be adapting bits of the Silver Eyes book, what with Afton using a fake name and the Spring Bonnie suit

It's amazing how far Scott and the franchise has come. In less than a decade, a movie was born from such a simple yet terrifying indie game, and you can really tell how much love went into this. They have come so far and deserve it all.

I think the whole “they wanna make her one of them” is just what Vanessa thinks. It could most likely be the twist that they are actually trying to protect her from good ol’ Willy boy. Edit: I’ve never felt so recognized! After Thinking About Edit: Chris I Deserve a Medal for my recognition!

Overall this just seems like an incredibly fun time at the theater for Halloween. As a fan of this franchise I’m extremely excited for this movie and this trailer just launched that excitement ten fold.

The movie is just 4 months away and I am super hyped for it! Scott, Blumhouse and all the staff and creators involved with this did a wonderful job, great stuff

I don’t think they fully removed the red eyes, I think the shots they used just don’t show them being used as much as they were in the first teaser. Regardless, DAY ONE

Genuinely cannot wait for this film. So glad Scott is getting this film made considering where the franchise came from. We have come such a long way.

Im curious to see what part does Springtrap have to play in this movie considering the fact they just flat out reveal him is wild and yeah he looks damn good
