The saddest thing about George is that people didn't know what a kind hearted generous person he was until after he passed, only then did all things he did to help people become known because George didn't talk about it, he didn't do it for glory or publicity, he did it because it was the right thing to do.

George Michael had such a place in my heart throughout my life. He is like a reference book for some of my most trying moments, first crushes, shy dances, singing out loud to myself foolishly trying to keep up with his vocals. I got to lament some bad breaks through his more somber songs, and now what do I do? Turn another corner we never would have met, its true they won't go when you go, kissing a fool, well I always thought that song was about my life, is it my imagination or did God already leave the table, cries for all these stupid wars, the lyrics go on and on in my mind..and so do you George Michael, in some strange ways you will be like the father figure I never met. RIP George. This is so wonderful. Turns out George gave away multi-millions helping strangers, children and nurses organizations. He volunteered at a homeless shelter. He asked everyone he helped not to publicize. Now that's a wonderful & loving person. Knowing this, I will love, remember and strive to help others.
