On one hand the defense has a doctor stating Tim has a terrible memory while on the other hand a Pastor who
testifies to his incredible memory. 🙄

He makes a big show when he drops a tear. I’ve never seen a defendant use huge colorful handkerchiefs like this one. Defense must have a huge stack of them for their clients 🤧🤔

Am I right to say that if the kids would have to be with the mother they would all be alive today?

I'm sort of surprised to see this Pentecostal preacher is so level headed and making so much sense. I always assumed that Pentecostals were much more radical in their approach to the Bible, almost fanatical. That's the way they were in my small hometown in Ohio when I was growing up. The preacher had a good insight into Jones and what was making him tick.

Basically Pastor, what you were trying to say is Tim was LEGALISTIC
and he sucked at verbal & nonverbal social cues.
Tim sounds a bit Aspie, but people with High Functioning Asperger's aren't insane, but they are usually lacking in empathy, but highly intelligent.

I think SHE needs therapy , help with those "memory issues",!! Am I being punk'd? ?,, Case is so odd n obviously he's guilty, not insane. I think the witnesses are as weird as he is!! Lock him up. Parole in 500 years. Let this poor mother grieve for goodness sakes!!!

All these parents that murder their children let their pride get in the way. Pride cometh before the fall.
He was took on way to much. Especially with a traumatic head injury.

Gosh I just feel like his lawyer asked questions that only benefit the prosecution! He does not drive home the point of his questioning “ever!” I know the prosecution only sits there and thinks “thanks for helping us prove our point.” This defense lawyer consistently stutters, he does not make clear what he is trying to prove, does not seem to ask questions that make his case etc. He consistently asks questions with no point ever! He makes the jury have to figure it out. The prosecution does and so the jury knows exactly why he is guilty. Poor poor defense!
