  • My interval memorizations: minor 2nd: jaws major 2nd: do re mi song minor 3rd: seven nation army major 3rd: harry potter theme perfect 4th: bride coming in triton: the Simpsons theme perfect 5th: power chord/all of me (John Legend) intro minor 6th: We are young (Fun.) major 6th: blues lick minor 7th: the winner takes it all major 7th: take on me might be handy to use those too.

    Minor 6 - ‘The Entertainer’. Everyone knows that track and it’s really memorable. Edit - it’s played in the main melody multiple times, and every time it is done so three times in a row. It really is the perfect example of the minor 6 interval.

    For minor sixth, there is an old song called Love Story writen by Francis Lai, this is from the film called also Love Story starred by Ryan O´Neal and Ali MacGrow, this is from the 70´s And for major sixth, Two of Us from The Beatles.
