You have no idea what things you'll see in Colorado when you get off the main highways.

We spent 8 days getting lost in Colorado to see what life is like in areas that you've never seen before.

  • The Western Slope is wonderful. The reason people say it's "bad" is because it's not full of big box stores, chain restaurants, and all of the other accoutrements of the "city".

The older I get (63) living in a ''Podunk town'' is lookimg more and more appealing.
  • I'm from Germany and I've never been to the US but I love watching your videos because it gives a great view on your country and all the variety and different towns and cities. Thanks a lot for your work which does a way better job than any media outlet out there!

This is the Colorado I miss, not the present Front Range.

I live in Colorado and I love Colorado. It's cities, not so much. The mountains and prairies, the high deserts and river valleys are amazing beyond description.

I'm a Colorado native. My cousins and I used to go 4 wheeling up in the mountains- lot of incredible scenery to see
  • Colorado is the best state, why because I live there. I look out my patio and see the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. I am twenty minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park! Blessed to see such beauty daily! Grateful 🙏😇🤗🗻❤️❣️

Absolutely love this style of video. Especially the locals getting interviewed.

I was in Ouray CO for four days this past August. Awesome little mountain town. It took me a day or so to acclimate to the 7,800 ft elevation. The drive along the Million Dollar Highway (US-550) was breathtaking.

I live in the western slope. Little town called Palisade, just outside of Grand Junction. Our main thing here is agriculture. So many small time orchards. Peaches & wine mostly. We hope you visit next time you're in the state to see our festivals.🙂🙌
  • @FlintIronstag23
Ouray had an amazing scenic setting. I'm just not sure about the winters at 7800-foot elevation.

Grand junction is still conservative town, and the homless park is dubbed locally as bum park, it was recently cleared of the homless and fenced off, a temporary shelter was built a few blocks away for the homeless.. its really a nice place to live

Yeah Nick, all the dead pine trees up Wolf Creek outside of Pagosa is beetle kill. Terribly managed, scary to imagine all that going up in flames one day. I wish you'd have gone up north through the San Luis valley - you'd have liked (bougie) Salida, and eventually gone through our tiny town of Bailey and visited the yeti museum 😂 Next time!

Dude, your narrations have me rolling. Every single video. Keep up the good work & happy new year.

Colorado is not one of the most beautiful places in the US only but in the entire world. The people, the weather, I literally love everything about this State.
  • My mom, dad and their parents were from Colorado, my mom from Leadville, and dad lived on the Western Slope, but wound up teaching High School in Leadville, where he met my mom. Also my dads family brought the first piano into Colorado over the Rockies by mule, it was in the museum in Ouray, but don't know if it still is.

I live in Colorado Springs. I love it here. Every small mountain town is nice. Colorado is truly beautiful. The secret is out about how nice it is here.
