I'm 68 but this 70s compilation has made me feel like a 20 year old again! I can't help but bop around to the beat! So many of these songs take me back to particular places and the people I was with at that time. Better than any blood pressure pills or statins!

I was in hospital recovering from an operation to remove a cancerous tumour I had lost my dad and I couldn't say goodbye coz I was at deaths door and 1 time I thought about giving up but my heart wouldn't buy it I still have cancer 5 years later but I will never think about quitting baby coz I'm back in the race and as old blue eyes says that's life so to everyone who is ever thinking of quitting try and pick yourself up and get back in the race ❤
