Really nice buyers and can't blame them for wanting to get the most for their money in such an expensive market. I like the cooperation and consideration each of the couples had for each other's feelings and opinions. I was frankly surprised at the large number of bedrooms each house contained!

I dont understand why people are buying houses based on how often family are coming to stay. Buy a house to suit you and your needs and spend money on a local place for them to stay.

The older couple made absolutely the right decision. As Kirsty correctly and very delicately noted, there are some things we lose as we grow older. I certainly wouldn't want to be navigating a staircase during the night.
