His Luigi voice is much different than Charles' but that's not necessarily bad or anything, Luigi's voice has changed a lot as Charles has gotten older. Sounds like some of Charles' early renditions of Luigi.
  • He did a good job, although he made Luigi a bit too overjoyed for my taste, if I'm nitpicky.
  • @SoOddLuna
Charles Luigi: Bye bye :( Kevin Luigi: Bye bye :D
  • @Cristeve
0:06 It sounds exactly like Luigi's voice in Smash Melee (Mario's high-pitched voice from SM64)
  • @ARealCupcake
His Mario voice is pretty spot on, but his Luigi voice is noticeably different. I wonder if that was Nintendo's intention to give Luigi a noticeably different voice from Mario. It's still good, but obviously a lot different from what Luigi has been.

He sounds singnifically happier in wonder, specially in LUIGI DID IT!! 0:25

Kevin Afghani, we got to give him the credit he deserves for taking over from the greart Charles Martinet and absolutely doing a fantastic job.
  • @dairhat
I love his energy, I like his Luigi voice over Mario but Mario's new voice is still pretty goof.
  • @ExquisiteBean
I honestly really like his take on Luigi as it still captures the charm of Charles but in a new way
  • luigi definitely sounds younger with the new voice actor. its not bad, but its more noticeable with luigi than it is with mario.
  • @mehiloll
Mario and Luigi’s new voices really fit this game, I love the new VA’s work!
  • @ng_canadian
Yeah I think it's pretty clear that Mario, Luigi and Wario all sound "younger" with Kevin voicing them now. But otherwise, pretty good. Kevin will find the right way to voices over time.
  • I love how happy Luigi's Wonder voice sounds! My man's having a great day and he deserves it!
