Here’s who Dave Filled is, if George Lucas is his boss, he’ll make something George Lucas likes. However, if Kathleen Kennedy is his boss, he’s going to make something Kathleen Kennedy likes. ie. He’s as good or as bad as whomever his superior happens to be at that moment in time. The early seasons of Mando, Filoni was trying to please Favreau, by series 3 he was promoted above Favreau and was then trying to please Kennedy.

She took on lumiya and was about to win against a Sith who could give Grand Master Luke a tough fight. Grand master Luke who at this point in time had far surpassed Vader and Sidious in power. Mara Jade is way cooler and more powerful than most Jedi. Give Mara Jade a movie with the right writer and show her curb stomping mandalorians or Sith. Or both. Redhead Jedi women> Rey
