The ref in the thumbnail looks like he just shit his pants

Some of the no pi calls I agree with. The roughing the qb calls are a joke at times.

I remember I had a teacher in high school who once said that you basically can’t lay a finger on a receiver without pass interference being called at this point. That Chargers Browns game took that idea to a whole new level.

I find it funny that nearly every incomplete pass involves the DBs looking around for the flag.
  • The refs literally cost the Browns the Chargers game. It was the worst officiated game that I've seen in my 60 years of watching football.

The new rule book will rephrase "Roughing the passer" to "Touching the passer". Also, so glad Brady is still allowed to make his own penalty calls even though he is in TB.

This may be the worst I’ve ever seen from the refs. They only continue to get worse!

The fact that for 5 straight weeks you could make 10 plus vids for each week is just sad

My dream is to one day see the Browns win a game from awful reffing. I've certainly seen way too many where they lost from it, it would only be fair to have one go their way. Just one game

what I've noticed alot so far this year is the official seem to be looking for players calling for a flag rather than knowing they should be throwing the flag. lots of really late flags thrown especially for DPI
  • Absolutely disgusts me when announcers play the game of agreeing with the refs after they make egregiously bad calls. That roughing the passer on Wilson was a complete joke, dude literally touched his shoulder, yet that clown of an announcer calls it a “good call”. Tf has this game turned into

I wish Aikman would just stop. "That's a good call" on AD, yeah right dude. That's not roughing, that's what happens when a 300-pound lineman has momentum that continues to carry him as he's being shoved around. We need more commentators that are happy to say "This is bs"
  • @fgreen21
I actually appreciated the no call on the double kick, that was really cool
  • @espnluver7525
That PI against the Browns was such a ridiculous call

Has there been a directive from the top? It’s now a non-contact sport, they’ll be able to phase out all helmets and protection and it’ll just be a sport that involves running and throwing, no defensive tactics required, the two teams with the best offensives will be in the Super Bowl final and it’ll end 115-120 ‘cause no one will be able to stop the teams advancing.
  • Some of these calls are so bad the NFL should investigate the refs for point shaving. That CLE LAC game was tragic
  • @SoldierMed68W
The simp-ing that Tony Romo and Chris Collinsworth inject into their commentary is like listening to nails on a chalk board
  • @greekosdarkness
One of the hardest penalties to call is when a running back/wide receiver lowers their helmet to initiate contact but the defender already lowered their shoulder to hit them...the shoulder will hit the offensive players head but its called "contact with head" on the defense...makes it hard to play defense. That's the one rule that should die

The Browns haven’t won enough games over the last decade, they can’t afford to have officials take them away.
