    The Details are on point as always. There is so much craftsmanship in this home. This home will be around for a 1000 years! Love that the trees out front were saved, you can’t beat mature trees on a property.

    Are there any concerns with the shutter stays and very windy conditions? I worry that the stays holding the shutter with such a small surface area and in the corner may be less than ideal if a strong enough gust gets behind the shutter. The stays themselves don’t appear to have all that much friction from being rotated to an open position from the wind banging on the shutters.

    What is the difference in paint needed for the pvc. I didn't know normal paint wouldn't work. Is it more like a acrylic is needed or not.
