  • Sorry for your loss! I bought a 3 acre hobby farm and had no trees (clean slate). Over the years as my pets had passed away. I planted a tree above each one. Now each tree has a name as a remembrance for each farm pet. My favorite one is a Pin Oak tree that stands out in my garden. Short story. It was a small calf the was born premature and named it Honey. So now we call it the Honey Oak tree. Great way to remember our pets with great memories from each one. God Bless!

Sorry for your loss. May she nourish the tree!
  • Rest in peace sweet chicken. What a long life. Now she can carry on now bringing life to a plant that will continue to produce. So sad but it’s a fact of life and why not respect nature and return back to the soil. I hope you have great success with your lime tree. Tfs. Have a wonderful day.🤗
  • Matilda Jean will be remembered alot better than a can of sardines my friend. God bless you and your wife😁❤️🙏🇵🇭 !!!
  • Everyone has already expressed what too, I share with my own heart. I'm just beginning the chicken journey Dan and Alice. I've wanted a farm my entire life. I'm 60 and single; very low on the income scale so now I've decided to re-evaluate things and still "have a great farm". You Dan, are my reason for not giving up on life as it winds down, but also not wanting to mow a yard forever, my yard will transform into my farm. Do you have a blueprint for sale on how/why to grow what where? Also please!!! What are you wearing on your feet?! Thankyou. May God continue to Bless You Both.

Sorry for the loss of Matilda. May the tree help keep the memories.
  • Buried my best friend, a border collie named Chopper, under my first hugel guild nearly five years ago. The fruit are sweet. Sorry for your loss, Patriot. Blessings
  • Each time we lost a hen, she got planted under a new fruit tree. Great story follows the pomegranate planting.
  • Earth must be fed so earth can feed us. Dust to dust. Will you be getting any more chickens?
