A tip with making any type of boiled egg is to use older eggs. Fresh egg donโt have as much of an air pocket and the membrane likes to stick close to the whites. Older eggs have a bigger air pocket, making it easy to separate from the shell. Learned this in my high school cooking class

I know that restaurants and hotels often bake their โboiledโ eggs in the oven on just a baking sheet for breakfast buffets and the like, because itโs easier for making a like 20-40 boiled eggs all at once compared to boiling them. Never thought that you could use a similar baking technique for just a few eggs with a airfrier with all its conveniences, but that makes sense.
