We published our first video about Vesper one year ago, in March of 2023. At that time the neighborhood was only about half complete, so we thought it might be help to create a final video using the latest clips. This video includes aerial footage, pics and clips all shot by ourselves after the neighborhood was completed, in March of 2024.
Crafted by KB Home, the construction of Vesper finished up in late 2023, delivering a blend of contemporary design and comfort.
These attached townhomes redefine modern living with their two-story layouts offering privacy with no neighbors above or below, separated only by shared common walls. Also referred to as duplexes, the exteriors boast a sleek, contemporary look, seamlessly blending with the surrounding neighborhoods.

Overall, the community is nicely landscaped with plenty of well maintained amenities. Unfortunately, there is a monthly HOA cost and annual Mello Roos.
Yep, these Vesper duplexes are quite nice, especially for those who don't care for maintaining their own yards or home exteriors.
