When Daniel Boone says it's a Homicide, it's a friggin' Homicide.
  • Friday so smooth and relax and sexy. Love me some dragnet columbo old shows are really really good funny after you realize some of the stunts they do or not as real as we thought they were when we were younger. The backgrounds of fake on some of them is funny just funny I'm almost 70 and still watching dragnet. But I don't believe thanks for not killing them off so that we couldn't see him anymore it's a great pleasure watching old shows just for relaxation and memories thanks again for continuing our memories of the old days shows as
  • Fess is such a good looking man. Boy did my 8 year old self have a massive crush on him in the 60s! ❤️‍🔥

I love these old shows. Love the cars. They bring back memories as they were all around me when I was a kid in the mid-fifties. Surprised to see Daniel Boone in this episode too. Fess Parker was a true American and conservative.

Disappointed that they didn't list the cast at the end. Oftentimes you'll see someone who became more well known later on.

I was expecting Rod Serling to close the episode after he started talking about the school yard, got very twilight zone, even Joe couldn't come up with a speech and a nod

Oh my, Joe was so young. LA looks young too. Even in the late 70s, it was so crowded, and awful. There was so much traffic, all day, it was terrible. I was only there, for about 7 or 8 days, helping my sister in law relocate. I never went back. I may have hated DC, but at least the traffic cleared, after rush hour.

Friday is 33! Looks 43! Must be those 2 packs a day Chesterfields.

These original black and whites from the '50s have some real funny exchanges in each show, and they are long sequences. As if a good part of it was the humorous patter between Friday and Smith. It's like being home again watching them.
  • If you want to see a different Jack Webb, check out Sunset Boulevard. He’s a hyper party animal! Made right around this time.
