As some of the most powerful characters in Hazbin Hotel, the Overlords fall just above Sinners in the hierarchy of Hell. Their power over Sinners' souls gives them an advantage regular Sinners don’t have. Overlords like Alastor flaunt their powerful abilities and strike fear into anyone who sees them. Unfortunately, this elite subclass of demons has no problem stepping on others to get their way, creating their own hierarchy. We see this when comparing the Vees to someone like Husk, who loses his ranking after making too many bad gambles! I don't think Alastor is trying to break free of his deal he's just trying to remove the restrictions of it so he can get full access to power because I am pretty sure his powers aren't really his but he's kind of leeching off something far more powerful.

Here's the question: if sinners/overlords can only be killed with angelic weapons, how did Alastor get rid off the other overlords before him? If sinner gets its soul taken by an overlord, does that mean the latter can destroy the former for good?
