The Apocalypse just saw the history of modern human civilization for a few seconds and decided that it needed to be reset like the way Ultron did.

They did our boy Apocalypse dirty in that movie. So disappointing.

Still makes me mad how they did quicksilver dirty like that! So what if a root snagged his leg??? His power isn't running fast, it's perceiving reality at a faster rate than everyone else. He could easily have untangled himself.

They chose the wrong actor... i couldn't get past the fact that the actor was too short.

I was looking what kind of transformation his "booty" went through, which the author of this video was claiming about, but never took a glimpse of it😮
  • To those who are criticising this portrayal of Apocalypse, I must tell you that some of us enjoy 🦊's realistic version of characters than totally CGI of Children Cinematic Universe

Oversimplifying Apocalypse's motivations. One of the few things they got right with this movie was to stay on theme. Apoc wasn't just trying to rule the world, he wanted to purge the "lesser" species. He's basically the final form of Magneto's philosophy

Its amazing the people who watch movies or read comics and still have no ability to understand what is going on
  • Apocalypse is such a good villain. When I saw this movie in theaters, I wasn’t familiar enough with him in the comics to be disappointed, but since then I’ve really come to realize just how much they nerfed him to be able to include him in a world that would be expected to prevail against him. I think they did an alright job adapting him for the prequels because it’s very hard to portray the concept of someone on his level of power, yet still expect him to be beaten by the end of the movie. It was also like, constrained by the idea that the Dark Phoenix is the only thing powerful enough to kill an ancient godlike being such as him, specifically because they needed to set up the last and worst installment, somehow managing to bungle the dark phoenix saga twice in a generation😂
