Any of these at $45,000 each and less, I would buy 2 and have them put together...one would be the common area and kitchen/dining area, the other would be 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

I'm sure the one's that put together these homes deserve some kind of compensation. but, these homes are worth only $10,000. no more than that and no less than that. There is a reason why small homes became popular. it was because they was cheap and affordable. You can do it yourself. If you want it at $10,000 home. do it yourself. there is no other way around it.

What they don’t tell is delivery costs, electric, sewer hook up, land… so while they are affordable you have to have everything else in place…and hope that you can find land within reason to a good city that allows them

Most People don't know but the fine print here is: You can buy these homes for under $50k. However, they do not tell you the requirements to get these permitted on your property. Permits, planning, installation costs, setting a foundation, adding a septic tank, water, electricity -will easily cost you more or even 2x your tiny home cost- depending on which state and county. legally speaking.

These may look wonderful but what I am not seeing enough of are bathrooms or laundry hookups. Also, where can these homes be placed and can they be hooked up to water, electric, etc.? This video lacks a lot more info. They sell you only the fluff not the stuff.
