Jason's face and then immediately standing up when Victor asked Katya about stockholm syndrome had me absolutely DYING. He was like "oh boy, let me prepare myself"

Katya's actor is so good at portraying someone who is grossly manipulative and simultaneously clearly abused

My favourite on going conflict is Campbell vs the lights

Katya: "This is a dangerous place." Jasper: "I know, I live here."

I wish we could see Garrick one last time, the actor was fantastic

For me, this episode demonstrated that Victor deserves his position as Baron. He’s a pretty shrewd diplomat. I’m loving it.

Jasper's reaction to finding out that the Nosferatu in the chamber was Zelios is amazing. "I'm a moron" 🤣

Josephine McAdam's look of pure joy as Eva sees the vision of the magic castle getting earthquake'd is so incredible

I realy like how Josephine McAdam is realy into the system. Asking for resolve instead of auspex at the start to resolve a role or getting diffrent vampire powers she sees as useful.

Mom telling Eva that Jasper is a "bad person" when Eva just brought the Magic Castle down on the heads of dozens of innocent mortals is pretty funny.

"If you think it's too big, go twice as big." "... So two roses, then." OH MY GOD THE MOST FUCKING SAVAGE DRY ICE BURN

"I will not be a crispy critter for your girlfriend!" After Kyoko's query about "vampire smashing" I just have imagine that there's been a few outtakes.

"Why are most vampires assholes most of the time?" "Well maybe because they can't have french fries anymore."

I freaking love Eva in this episode. We're here all thinking she's a calm and collected kindred, but when it comes to her personal matters, her plottings of revenge and her emancipation arc she's RUTHLESS. It's awesome to see that specially in contrast with Jasper: in every other scenario we had Eva as an impulse control, urging him to be more careful; and now we have the opposite. Eva's on the warpath towards Strauss and that rage is throwing her into dangerous and ill-adviced situations. This is awesome to see because we all kinda looked at her as someone who's got it all figured out but she's got her own challenges to face

“It’s always a little disconcerting to see the play of electricity around and on Eva….” Jasper: definitely NOT looking disconcerted

I think I got t the impression Katya is immensely damaged and wounded individual. She gives off a vibe of being terribly afraid all the time

I feel like every time Eva uses Zeus' Fury, Josephine wants to say, "Now you will pay the price for your lack of vision."
