What If Ronin Wrote The Pokémon Anime? Part 5

Since Damien is from Pallet Town too here, then there's a chance he could get better. Him living in the same town as Ash and Gary means some good can rub off on him too. It would be far too weird for him to live there and be bad through and through.

Maybe it'll be like Yellow and he just gives Ash, Charmander.

Ngl, some good character-establishing points and moments.

- Ash refusing Misty's offer to borrow her pokemon, on top of showing he doesn't want a crutch, might also add in the fact that they might not gel with his battle style, since they're not his.

- Though Ash learned the hard way that Pikachu wouldn't do well against onix, the reason that he knew Nidoran wouldn't do well either's a nice touch.

- Ash isn't as obnoxiously dumb, though he is still making beginner mistakes. At least he's not being stupefied just so things can arbitrarily be explained to him. It's more natural.

- Ash has a temper and Damian's a douche, but Damian rubbing in the fact he's behind him and Gary's what set him off, not the taunting. Oh, and Damian trying to brown nose when he clearly started it.

pikachu just needs to be reasured by ash that he will not abandon him and pikachu would hopefully not have anymore episodes once he knows ash will not send him back

This part was overall it was ok.

Pikachu still got PTSD from its Pichu days & its other Trainers who returned it. Ash Connects with Pokemon on a Deeper Level.

wait if the issue is pikachu has a problem with ground types, everytime we seen the freak out happen so far I believe it was either with nidoran who evolves into a ground type or with onix, what if its trama from that poacher who had a ground type that pikachu needs to deal with.

Wow, what a cliffhanger. I really loved this part. This is really getting good. I suspect team rocket is trying to steal fossiles. Also seeing pikachu development is great. I think its issue is something in the past.

Loved part 5. Ronin Charizard, I I want to make a suggestion for the next two Pokemon he can catch in mount moon, Zubat, because I think in the first season he really should have caught one and Sandshrew.
