Low Elo Lameplay 2: Exploiting Low Elo Awareness

I haven't played League of Legends regularly in a bit so I find my mechanics dulled and by elo decayed. TIME FOR LOW ELO CRAP PLAYS THAT WORK! In this clip I have been poking at Heimer and when I see the jungler come in like that I notice something weird and go to poke them both, testing the waters since I know I can survive Heimer's burst. I see no reaction from her, so I kill Heimer and retreat to level my ult, then delibrately bait her into staying. At high elo this would have got me killed.
