You only learn to appreciate your good health after you get sick or injured

Anyone else here because of lower back pain?
  • @adameverett7882
My lower back is hurting so bad but you know what else is hurting seeing that tie tucked in that guys shirt.

Lemme tell you, from experience, I have learned that if you need to know something, talk to someone who OVER-knows something, someone who is an enthusiastic geek for what they do. They are fantastic resources. These guys have helped me more than my last three PCPs have. Honestly. Doin' the Lord's work.
  • when injured or feels something painful others: goes to the hospital me: search for the famous pt in the internet

I had lower back pain for years before someone told me it was because of a weak core. I strengthened my core and my back pain went away. You’re welcome

I had so much pain, I thought I'd need hip replacement or something like that. I could barely walk. I watched this video and did your different positions and found out it was a pinched nerve in my back. I can't tell you how much relief I felt after doing these positions. Thank you so much for your help, you saved me a doctor's visit and so much stress. You guys are amazing. I am 74 yrs old and feel like your excercises are mild enough for seniors.

I’ve been suffering so bad with extreme pain for over 10 years now, I sure wish your business was close to me. You guys are the only therapist who seems like you know what your taking about. Love your videos!!!

I love these boys. Their chemistry and delivery is amazing. Also, they genuinely seem like a couple of nice dudes.

You are changing lives for the better. I'm so glad you guys are making videos like this, helping people like me
  • This was literally the most critical video you two have done yet---so awesome, thank you, thank you! I've had it all--herniated discs, facet joint issues, AVN (had hips removed), and on and on. What has gotten me through it is ongoing PT. You've shown me some new ones, though, which have been invaluable.

I'm a Massage Therapist 7 years now and you two make me want to continue my education with PT. Thank you Both so much for all the info and help!

This completely helped me figure out between my back pain. Bad sleeping postures and lazy form during working out sometimes gives me different back pains. Ty for the clarification. Love your channel
  • Thankyou for putting this on YouTube, you've helped me so much with hip problems and sciatica. Keep up the good work. 👍
  • OMG!!!!! I just came across you guys and I am beyond grateful!!! I’ve been a pet stylist for 15+ years and have suffered many injuries. The worst injury happened 9 years ago and effects me daily. My L-4 & L-5 suffered damage and an MRI showed I have both a slipped disc and either a herniated or bulging disc. I was then referred to a physical therapist who showed me various stretches and exercises to help alleviate the discomfort…end of story!! I’m constantly suffering pain, some days are WAY worse than others and the only source of relief is my back brace during those unbearable days. I am going on a serious binge to watch ALL your content to get a better understanding of what’s going on with these types of injuries when they occur, nerve damage, long term effects, etc. You both are absolutely amazing, intelligent, highly educated and most importantly (for me personally) a sense of humor!!!! That in itself was the second motivating factor, first was finding a professional who specializes in this medical field and finding general knowledge of my situation. Anyone can tell you’re both SO passionate about what you do! I’m SO happy I found this channel! I’m now a forever subscriber with notifications on🤘🤘🤘

I have been having some lower back pain, which I thought was muscle, and thanks to this video I am sure it 99.9% is. Still going to have it confirmed, but wanted to thank you. :) I love your videos.
  • @Petra44YT
It feels so good to watch a peacetime and pre-Covid video. And you're explaining how all the muscles and nerves come into play very well, too.
  • I love these guys. You know why people listen to them because, they are not pretentious.
