Our neighboring town with whom we share schools had a terrible tornado years ago, and since I worked for the Red Cross as a volunteer, I was one of the first responders. I will never forget the devastation, not even being able to recognize where we were driving as we don't realize how we use businesses and homes to find streets easily especially in the dark. Many lost their lives as well as their homes and the devastation was beyond description, so my heart goes out to all of these people in their time of loss! Please donate to the Red Cross or other organization of your choice to help them. No amount is too small! Some don't even have insurance coverage so they will have to begin life all over again no matter their age. It's not easy! Pray for them!
