    That treasure hunt isn't actually part of the heist, that's just a treasure hunt where you can get a revolver. To do that heist, one of you has to spent a minimum of $2.2 million on a Kosatka submarine and invite the rest to his CEO organization. After that, the host has to access the screen in the submarine and boom, you can do the actual heist.
