The agreement piece is powerful and simplifies it a lot! That helps me for sure … I feel like when they object it turns in to a debate and I was unclear why … it was because I can be more agreeable … the pose a question to transition into my close for the appointment is key like “John I understand why you decided not to sell anymore your not selling and the process sounds like it was hard on you … John if I can show you a way to get the home sold and put an end to process quickly is that something you would take just 20 mins to look at?”
