Her tail was wagging even when she was in such bad shape. She knew after she was rescued from that dumpster that she was going to be taken care of and treated decently. That tail wag was hope brought to life.

It makes me want to cry that a dog that severely emaciated with mange that bad, can still wag it's tail and know that it's loved and someone wants to take care of him.
