The Midas touch with Jazz.
-
This may be the best example of what is called 'spiritual jazz.' Simple, melodic hybrid between jazz and chill. Perfect for relaxation or hanging out with friends with mellow vibes.

I happened to find this album in one of my lowest points in life: Neglected and betrayed, I found myself coming to the other side of the world for reconciliation, and there I was, alienated and left alone in this strange place with barely anything. I had cried for days on end, called in sick from work due to the weight of my sorrow and desolation. But throughout these weeks I found this album, together with Grøn's Introvert Musik, and I could see beyond the misery I was drowning in, and after intense periods of suffering I could always fall back into the confort of these tunes, knowing that I will find my own way. I believe in miracles, and I can safely say God has been merciful and kind, and I soon I met someone who evoked a powerful feeling in me, making me able to heal myself and put myself together. For me this is the music for that kind of miracle.

A crackin' LP Sounds familiar and new at the same time. Like an old friend you've never met.

It’s funny how music can take you back in time. I’m listening to Matthew Halsall - An Ever Changing View, and it’s as if I’ve been drawn back in time to the 1970s, and I’m listening to WBUS with China Vallas. Good memories.😑
