So who should be held accountable for the kid walking around with a fake gun and allegedly pointing it at people's houses? What an unbelievably dumb thing to do, especially in this day and age with several states allowing constitutional carry. Tough to take a chance and trust that the gun is fake. I understand there are some bad cops, but it really seems like an impossible job sometimes.
