The U.S. may soon be facing an "eviction apocalypse." With the CARES Act set to expire, some experts estimate up to 28 million people could face losing their homes. WATCH NEXT: This MAGA Caravan Doesn't Care That Trump Has COVID - https://youtu.be/7SYDA7_aRhs

I’ll say it again, the 3 trillion dollar CARES Act would have given every man, woman and child a $1000 a month for 9 months. All we got was $1200. Instead, we bailed out the rich and large corporations. Socialism for the rich, unchecked capitalism for the rest of us.

Is anyone watching this in December and realize that nothing has gotten better in four months....

That woman with the disabled child, that's really painful, God bless her.
  • @HollyMarieL
That mother with her disabled daughter being homeless is devastating 😔😢

My heart goes to everyone who is affected by the pandemic. I can't imagine losing your home during a dangerous time. 💔

I was homeless at one point and trust me, it’s a feeling I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Not knowing where you’re next meal is coming from and where you’re going to sleep is truly terrifying. This makes me want to cry.

All 28 million evicted people should camp in D.C.

You know America is too expensive when a software engineer can’t even afford rent. Those are people who do most of everything society tells us to do to be “better off” and here they are being evicted :/ fucked up
  • "compassion is shown by following the law..." I don't know about that buddy, there was a time owning human beings and beating them to death was lawful but it sure wasn't compassionate! Legal =/= Moral

People say " your sons still live with you?" Yes, yes they do. Together we have a good life. We care for each other. We respect each other's privacy. Alone we would suffer, scraping by.
  • Me and my two children were evicted in June, after loosing my job as a bartender. Now we are staying in a hotel and trying to get by every single day, it's SO hard alone after loosing both my parents recently. I keep searching for work but I get the same thing "were not hiring right now," all I ask for is prayers. We will get thru this.

I bought an rv. I keep it stocked for my kids and I and I pay for where we park. Rent is too high, so I solved my own housing crisis. Saving my money for some land now.

I lost it when I saw the mom with the disabled daughter 😡😢She was willing to pay 2800 what a evil soul to evict her 🥺Than goodness someone saw her story and rented her a place

I lost my job in June. My unemployment was denied. And now me and my family are being evicted. Just got notice today. This is cruel!!
  • People have too much pride. "I'm 31 years old, I can't go live with my parents." Um, yeah you can, actually. Living alone is unsustainable. In most places around the world, the whole family lives together forever. This whole thing about people growing up and moving out of their parents home is an American thing and it's unsustainable.
